Coffee for those who appreciate the details — no loud slogans, no extra drama. This one’s all about balance: aromas of yellow fruits and white flowers, flavor notes of raisin, walnut, and a hint of chocolate.
The aftertaste is smooth and sweet, with a body just below medium. Perfect for everyday drinking: easygoing but still leaves an impression. It’s a classic that doesn’t scream for attention — but always has something to say ;)
The beans are processed at the Jigesa station in the Shakiso region of Ethiopia. Coffee lovers know this place well — high elevations up to 2000 meters and a craft-focused approach that feels more like artistry than mass production.
This coffee is exported by Nardos Coffee Export — a family business with roots going back to the 1960s. Officially founded in 1998 by Ato Aklilu Kassa in Addis Ababa, Nardos has grown into one of Ethiopia’s leading exporters. Today, they ship out around 2,000 tons of both natural and washed beans each year.
When you buy 1 kg of coffee, you always get a great deal, as the 5% discount is already included in the price.
