Brazil Capadocia — like Rio Carnival, but for your taste buds :)
The aroma bursts with deep notes of dark chocolate and cognac. On the palate — dried pear, cacao nibs, vanilla, and a touch of that cognac vibe for a mood boost. The aftertaste? Soft vanilla with a warm finish. The body — above average.
This Arabica comes from Mantiqueira de Minas — a top-tier Brazilian region where coffee is grown at 1090–1280 meters above sea level. The processing method is natural anaerobic, meaning the beans fermented without oxygen, which is what gives this coffee its deep, intense profile.
Capadocia farm is owned by Augusto Borges Ferreira — a fourth-generation coffee grower. He renamed the farm after the Turkish region of Cappadocia, because coffee, like a hot air balloon, opens up new horizons.
It sounds like bossa nova and hits you right in the heart — gently, deeply, beautifully. Now it’s your turn to rise above the horizon, experience it for yourself, and fall in love with Brazil Capadocia from the very first sip ;)
