Peru Percy Guevara
(250 g) — citrus aromas with stone fruits. In the cup: blood orange, ripe
cherry and brandy. The aftertaste is slightly boozy, with a pleasant acidity.
This coffee comes from Percy Guevara’s farm, located high in the Andes in Jaén
province, Cajamarca — one of Peru’s key coffee regions. The conditions here are
ideal for coffee growing: fertile soils, jungle surroundings, fresh mountain
air and a stable temperature of around 24 °C. The coffee was washed at the
Chacra Coffee station, a young producer founded in 2023, working with small
farms and focusing strongly on quality and transparency.
Ethiopia Bensa (250 g)
— a coffee that captivates with delicate floral and raspberry aromas, instantly
transporting you into spring, even when it’s winter outside. The flavour
unfolds with notes of fig, acacia and honey, creating a harmonious balance of sweet
and fruity tones. The aftertaste is honey-like and gentle, reminiscent of a
warm evening in blooming gardens. Grown in Ethiopia and naturally processed,
this coffee retains its rich flavour and natural purity. With a body above
average, it’s an excellent choice for those who appreciate a cup that is both
expressive and light, with bright fruity notes.
