Honduras Las Calaveras
(250 g) — imagine standing in the mountains of Honduras, surrounded by coffee
trees, morning mist and pear orchards. The air is filled with aromas of ripe
dark grapes, juicy pear and a wild berry mix. Take a sip and feel how this fruity
jam wraps itself in warm, rich caramel. This coffee comes from the Montecillos
region, where Pacamara varieties are grown at altitudes of up to 1550 metres.
It’s a land without large factories — only small farms, where every cherry is
hand-picked with care and experience.
Kenya Kegwa (250 g) —
an elegant Arabica grown at 1580 metres above sea level in Kirinyaga County.
The washed processing preserves the best flavour and aroma characteristics of
the bean. The cup is exceptionally well balanced in body and acidity. Expect a
pleasant berry aroma, complemented by flavours of blueberry, grapefruit and
almond. The aftertaste is sweet with a light pleasant bitterness, and the body
is medium. A classic, outstanding Kenyan coffee — fruity, bright and delicious,
as always.
