The chocolate notes arise thanks to natural processing, when coffee cherries dry in the sun, saturating the bean with sugars, so you’ll hardly perceive any acidity. • Honduras HG EP — a variety distinguished by a soft, balanced acidity and a rich flavor with pleasant bitterness. In its aroma you’ll find notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and spices, and in the taste a vivid combination of cocoa, walnut, and peat whisky. The beans undergo washed processing and have all the qualities for your ideal cup with a long, sweet finish.
