China Gaoligong has everything you’re looking for: the aroma reminds of Assam tea — rich and cozy — while the flavor is a refined blend of white flowers, black tea, and a gentle lemony acidity. And just when you think it can’t get better, a refreshing citrus finish rolls in to complete the experience.

In the 25 Coffee Drips box, you’ll find 8 drips of China Gaoligong. Preparing them is super simple:

1. Heat water to 96°C, open the drip bag and place it on your cup. Pour in the first portion of water (40 ml) and let it drain. Then add the second portion (70 ml) up to the brim and let it drain again.
2. Repeat once more (another 70 ml). When the water has fully passed through, remove the drip and stir the coffee with a spoon.
3. Let it cool slightly — and enjoy every sip. :)
