Brazil Mogiana — a kind of tuning fork in the coffee world — the best Brazilian arabica, large, with uniform round beans.
Tasters believe that the main feature of Brazil Santos and Mogiana is the characteristic taste of milk chocolate, deep and rich, with notes of dried fruits and nuts, almost no acidity.
The chocolate notes of the beans are obtained through dry processing: coffee berries dry naturally in the sun. Drying saturates the beans with sugars from the pulp of the berries. As a result, we get an excellent strong sweetish drink with a nutty aroma and a long aftertaste.
This variety grows in Brazil, where practically all coffee plantations are located on plains. This location of the plantations influences the formation of a more even, soft taste without the characteristic acidity, but with chocolate and nutty notes. The regions of Minas Gerais and Sao Paulo are famous for their mild tropical and subtropical climate, which has a positive effect on coffee plantations.
