Colombia Decaf is 7 drip bags that hit right in the heart with their rich aroma of baked apple, cinnamon, and chocolate. The flavor of caramel and hazelnut perfectly complements the scent, finishing with a long, sweet aftertaste.

The Swiss Water Process is used for decaffeination: green beans are soaked in hot water for several hours. This water absorbs caffeine and flavor compounds, then passes through a charcoal filter that removes only the caffeine molecules. The original coffee is discarded, and new beans are soaked in the same now-decaffeinated water, which preserves their natural taste and aroma.

Brewing instructions:

1. Heat water to 96°C.

2. Open the drip bag and place it on your cup.

3. Pour the first portion of water (40 ml), let it drip through.

4. Add the second portion (70 ml), let it drip through again.

5. Repeat once more with 70 ml.

6. Once finished, remove the drip bag and stir your coffee with a spoon.

7. Let it cool slightly — and enjoy :)
