How to brew:
Heat water to 96°C.
Open the drip bag and place it on your cup.
Pour the first 40 ml of water and let it drip through.
Add a second portion (70 ml) up to the top, and let it drip.
Repeat with another 70 ml.
Once the water has fully drained, remove the drip bag and stir the coffee with a spoon.
Let it cool slightly — and enjoy :)
