Preparation method:

Heat water to 96°C, open the drip packet, and place it on your cup. Pour the first portion of water (40ml) and let it drip, then add the second portion (70ml) to the top and let it drip again.
Repeat the pouring (another 70ml). Once the water has completely dripped through, remove the drip packet and stir the coffee with a spoon.
Let it cool slightly, and enjoy!
