What’s inside?

  • Kenya WanRich (250 g / filter roast) — a refined coffee with bright floral and fruity notes. The aroma of rosehip and honey is complemented by flavors of Japanese plum, white grapes, and lime, while the fruity aftertaste gives it a fresh and light finish. Grown on the slopes of Mount Elgon, this Arabica combines the strength of volcanic soil with Kenya’s mild climate, creating ideal growing conditions.   • Hario Paper Filters for Pour-Over 02 (100 pcs) — original oxygen-bleached V60 paper filters. Suitable for any size 02 pour-over. Pour-over brewing recipe:

  1. Take a paper filter, fold along the seam, open it, and place it in the Hario dripper. Set the dripper on a cup, rinse the filter and the dripper with a small amount of clean hot water so that no dry spots remain. Discard the water from the cup.
  2. Add ground coffee into the center of the filter.
  3. Place the dripper on a scale and reset it to zero — the scale will help measure the amount of poured water (1 g = 1 ml).
  4. Pour a little hot water just enough to wet the grounds (the water shouldn’t exceed the coffee level). Wait 20–30 seconds.
  5. Slowly pour in the rest of the water, moving in a spiral from the center to the edges.
