This one isn’t from the mass market but from farms in Shiga Prefecture. 100% Okumidori green tea, shade-grown and gently stone-ground into powder. A spring-summer harvest, only premium raw materials — everything as it should be for true fans and those who want to start their matcha experience with taste and style ;)

Want more vibe? Add some plant-based milk, tonic, or fresh juice. It was born to mix into your favorite lattes, iced drinks, and other mood boosters.

Remember: fresh matcha is priceless matcha. Store it in a cool, dark place, seal the package tightly, and don’t wait too long to use it — the fresher, the better :)

How to prepare:

  • Take a chawan (tea bowl). Pour in warm water, dip the chasen (bamboo whisk), and wait a little — let the tines soften.
  • Dry the bowl with a napkin and sift 2g of matcha. No clumps, okay?
  • Add 80 ml of water at 60°C to the chawan and whisk rhythmically with the chasen for 40 seconds until a smooth foam appears.
  • Final touch: slow down, gently lift the whisk to break large bubbles and keep the silky texture. Done!

Rinse the chasen and enjoy the moment. Here, slurping is allowed and encouraged. It’s tradition :)
