At 25 Coffee Roasters, we’ve always been the ones searching for more than “just coffee.” For us, it’s not only about beans, roasting, or sales — above all, it’s about stories, experiments, and discoveries.
Now we’re launching a brand-new specialty coffee line: “So spesh” — lots that truly stand out from anything you’ve ever tasted before.
What is So spesh?
It’s coffee so rare you can only find it among a very small circle of roasters worldwide — and sometimes only on the shelves of 25 Coffee Roasters. These are lots with unconventional fermentations, amazing botanical varieties, or stories of farmers who aren’t afraid to experiment. Each one is a little coffee experience that makes your cup unlike any other. Because where there are experiments — things are always more exciting, tastier, and just more fun ;)
For us, “just good coffee” is never enough. We want to explore, take risks, discover new things, and share them with you. We believe coffee is an endless playground for creativity: from botany to processing methods, from regions just entering the global scene to experimental farmers changing the rules of the modern coffee world.
So yep, we’re throwing down the challenge! So spesh is an invitation into this next-level world for everyone who shares our vision, who loves trying something new, who wants to grow and keep discovering life.
This is our new journey — and we’re already at the starting line. Are you with us? ;)
And it literally begins now — with Colombia El Diviso (Arabica variety Ombligon).
This variety is considered related to Ethiopian heirloom types, and some local Colombian specialists believe it may have originated as a natural mutation of Pacamara, Bourbon, or Castillo. It’s resistant to coffee leaf rust, highly productive, and has real potential for scaling — but for now, it’s only available from a very small number of producers. But here’s the key part: Colombia El Diviso is already live on our website, and right now, you can taste this masterpiece only at 25 Coffee Roasters — nowhere else ;)
We’d love to introduce you more deeply to this unique coffee, so click here and check out the separate article we dedicated to it: all the “yep,” the “wow,” and the “no way!” moments are waiting there.
