Preparation Recipe:

• Heat the water to 96°C, open the drip packet and place it on your cup. Pour the first portion of water (40ml) and let it drip, then pour the second portion of water (70ml) to the edges and let it drip as well.
• Repeat the pouring (another 70 ml). Once all the water has dripped through, remove the drip packet from the cup and stir the coffee with a spoon.
• Let it cool down a bit and enjoy :)
